Toni Owens, Firm Administrator
Toni brings over 30 years of litigation experience to the firm. She began her career as a legal secretary and office manager with a small firm in Mississippi. After relocating to Atlanta in 1987, she worked as a senior paralegal gaining extensive litigation and trial experience. Toni served as the in-house case manager for a for an international hotel company where she was responsible for hiring, training and managing a large litigation support team. Other responsibilities included developing and implementing a case management plan, assisting with litigation budgets, and managing outsourcing relationships. In addition, Toni was the Director of the Imaging Services division of a privately held national company that provided litigation support services. She also helped develop the litigation support group of an AmLaw Top 100 law firm, has served as the Vice President and advisory board member of a division of a publically held company which provided litigation support to law firms and corporate clients. In recent years, Toni has served as a law firm administrator as well as the Director of Operations for one of the largest, privately held companies in the country which provides litigation services to law firms and corporate clients.
As a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, Toni is active in the Atlanta Chapter and has served on its Board of Directors.
