Tracey Pruiett, Associate
Tracey (Wagner) Pruiett joined Mabry & McClelland, LLP in October, 2014. Her practice includes civil litigation with a concentration in the defense of premises liability, products liability, and personal injury actions. She has successfully tried jury cases in state courts across metro Atlanta. Tracey routinely handles cases in the state and federal courts of Georgia for businesses, individuals, insurance carriers and self-insured corporations and public entities.
Tracey earned her law degree cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2003. While in law school, she was active with the Mock Trial program as both a competitor and coach. She won the 2001 J. Ralph Beaird 1L Closing Argument Competition and led her team to a Regional Championship in the 2002 ATLA/AAJ Student Trial Advocacy Competition. Tracey also holds a degree in Finance from Auburn University (1997).
Earlier in her career, Tracey spent several years as a business consultant for Fortune 500 companies such as Ford Motor Company and Hewitt Associates. She also recently spent several years living in Europe as a management consultant to the U.S. Navy in Naples, Italy.
Tracey currently lives in Atlanta with her husband, Andrew, and son, Maddox. When not practicing law or spending time with her family, she enjoys travel, golf and college football.
