Mabry & McClelland, LLP is proud to announce Jon D. Stewart Jr. as the firm’s newest partner. Mr. Stewart’s practice areas include construction, insurance coverage & business disputes, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. He also has extensive experience in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, real estate litigation and probate litigation.
Mr. Stewart graduated from the University of Georgia, where he majored in History and obtained a B.A. in 1992. In 1996, he was awarded a B.B.A. in finance from North Georgia College (now known as North Georgia University). Mr. Stewart obtained his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2002.
A member of the State Bar of Georgia, Mr. Stewart has served as Chairman of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Young Lawyers Division. Before entering law school, he worked in the Commercial Lending Department of Regions Financial Corporation.
When not practicing law, Mr. Stewart’s hobbies include fishing, bird hunting and watching college football. He is also an Eagle Scout.
