Job Description
Mabry & McClelland, LLP is seeking a civil litigation attorney to join our firm of highly motivated and experienced professionals. This is an opportunity for a motivated associate with personal injury, civil defense litigation experience who has excellent written, organizational and communication skills to be part of a team that handles premises liability, general liability, personal injury and construction cases in both state and federal courts.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from accredited law school
- Admitted to Georgia Bar
- 2-5 years of civil litigation defense, personal injury defense preferred
- Excellent writing, research, communication and organizational skills
- Deposition and trial experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Work cases from initial engagement to conclusion
- Independently manage a case load
- Represent clients in various personal injury and construction cases
- Work closely with Partners on cases and legal projects
- Prepare and provide defense plans and status reports
- Communicate frequently with clients
- Handle court appearances, depositions, mediations and trials
Job Type: Full Time Salary: Commensurate with experience
Experience: Minimum of two years of Georgia civil litigation personal injury defense (Required)
License: Georgia Bar (Required)
