Mabry & McClelland, LLP is pleased to announce the hiring of two new associates – Dawn Pettigrew and Tracey Pruiett.
Dawn Pettigrew’s expertise is primarily concentrated in the areas of insurance defense, construction litigation, motor vehicle accidents, and trucking litigation. With several years of insurance defense and civil litigation experience, Dawn has defended various carriers and municipal organizations in commercial general liability, personal injury, and law enforcement liability matters. Dawn received her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law as a full Emory Scholar.
Tracey Pruiett’s expertise includes civil litigation with a concentration in the defense of premises liability, products liability, and personal injury actions. She has successfully tried jury cases in state courts across metro Atlanta. Tracey routinely handles cases in the state and federal courts of Georgia for businesses, individuals, insurance carriers, and self-insured corporations and public entities. Tracey earned her law degree cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2003.
